drakaro Phish Report
Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 15, 2026 · Last Updated: August 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Drakaro Phish Report (“Service”), operated by Drakaro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By signing up, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. This includes consent to the data practices described in both documents, including the processing of emails you forward to the Service for threat analysis.
1. Description of Service
Drakaro Phish Report is an on-demand email threat analysis service. When you receive a suspicious email and want to know if it is a phishing attempt, scam, or malicious message, you forward it to your personal scan address (for example, [email protected]). Our system analyzes the email and sends you back a detailed threat report identifying indicators of compromise, deceptive patterns, risk level, and a recommended action.
Drakaro Phish Report does not connect to your inbox, does not require access to your email account, and does not monitor your email automatically. You remain in full control — you choose which emails to submit for analysis.
2. Service Plans and Scan Limits
The Service is offered on the following plans. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the scan limits and policies associated with your selected plan.
| Plan |
Price |
Scans per Month |
Notes |
| Free |
Free |
3 scans |
Full threat report on every submission |
| Pro |
$1.00/mo |

Monthly Scan Limits: Scan limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Each email you forward to your scan address counts as one submission. Unused scans do not roll over to the following month. Once your monthly limit is reached, additional submissions received that month will not be processed. You will receive a notification when your limit is reached.
Free Plan Limit: Free accounts include 3 scans per calendar month. If you regularly analyze suspicious emails, we recommend upgrading to the Pro plan to avoid running out of submissions mid-month.
3. How the Service Works
When you forward an email to your scan address, the following occurs:
- Our system receives the forwarded message and extracts its headers, body content, links, and any attachments.
- The email and its contents are analyzed for phishing indicators, malicious links, suspicious domains, deceptive formatting, and known threat patterns.
- A threat report is generated and delivered to your registered email address. Reports are not displayed on the website. Your account dashboard shows only your scan count and remaining monthly quota.
- Data retained after analysis depends on your plan. See Section 10 (Privacy) and our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Threat Reports
Threat reports generated by the Service are produced by automated analysis systems. The following limitations apply:
- Informational only: Threat reports are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional cybersecurity, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for any final decision you make regarding an email or its contents.
- No guarantee of accuracy: Threat detection is probabilistic. Our systems may not identify every malicious email, and may on occasion flag a legitimate email. Always use your own judgment.
- Not real-time intervention: Submitting an email for analysis does not remove it from your inbox, block the sender, or prevent any action. If you believe you have received a dangerous email, do not click any links or open any attachments regardless of whether you have submitted it for analysis.
5. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts are created using a magic sign-in link sent to your email address, or via a supported social sign-in provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Drakaro is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Forward emails that you do not have the right to share, including emails containing third-party confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Submit automated or bulk email submissions in a manner that circumvents scan limits or degrades the Service for others.
- Use the Service to analyze emails on behalf of third parties for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- Circumvent any authentication, rate limiting, or access control mechanisms.
7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Pro plan subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro-level access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period until a successful payment is made.
8. No Guarantee of Protection — Acknowledgment of Risk
By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Threat detection is probabilistic and not guaranteed. The Service uses automated analysis systems that may fail to identify some malicious emails and may on occasion classify a legitimate email as suspicious.
- No email security tool — including Drakaro — provides 100% protection against phishing, scams, or other email-based threats. The threat landscape evolves continuously, and no automated system can detect every attack.
- A threat report from the Service is an automated assessment, not a professional cybersecurity opinion. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on a threat report, including whether to open an email, click a link, or take any other action.
- Submitting an email for analysis does not remove it from your inbox, quarantine it, block the sender, or prevent any harm that may result from the email. If you believe an email is dangerous, do not interact with it regardless of its analysis status.
- The Service may be unavailable, delayed, or produce inaccurate results due to technical issues, third-party service outages, or limitations in our detection systems.
Important: Drakaro Phish Report is a supplementary tool to help you evaluate suspicious emails. It is not a replacement for professional cybersecurity advice, endpoint protection software, or your own judgment. Drakaro is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from your reliance on a threat report or from your failure to act on one.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DRAKARO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT ALL THREATS, THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DRAKARO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Financial loss, fraud, or theft resulting from a phishing or scam email, whether or not it was submitted to the Service
- Loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm
- Any harm resulting from a false negative (a malicious email classified as safe) or false positive (a legitimate email classified as suspicious)
- Any action you took or failed to take in reliance on a threat report
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF DRAKARO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF ANY REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
In no event shall Drakaro’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to Drakaro in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) $10.00 USD. You acknowledge that this limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between Drakaro and you, and that Drakaro would not provide the Service without this limitation.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points relevant to this Service:
- Threat reports are delivered to your inbox by email. Your account dashboard displays only your scan count and remaining monthly quota — no report content is shown on the website.
- We collect your email address for account management, authentication, and to deliver your threat reports.
- Free plan: All data submitted with your forwarded emails — including message body, headers, links, attachments, and extracted URLs — is retained by Drakaro for internal purposes including service improvement and threat detection research.
- Pro plan: URLs and domains extracted from your submitted emails are retained for threat detection engine improvement. Email message bodies and attachment contents are deleted after analysis is complete.
Free Plan — Data Retention Notice: By using the Free plan, you consent to Drakaro retaining all data extracted from emails you submit, including message body content, links, domains, and metadata. This data is used internally for purposes including threat detection improvement and service research. If you do not wish your submitted email data to be retained beyond URL-level information, please upgrade to the Pro plan.
12. Changes to Plans and Pricing
We reserve the right to change plan features, pricing, and scan limits at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice before any changes that reduce features or increase pricing for existing paying subscribers, delivered via email to the address on your account. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our infrastructure or other users. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in North Carolina, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in North Carolina.
