How does Drakaro access my email without my password?+
You connect Drakaro the same way you'd sign in with Google or Microsoft on any app — by clicking "Allow" on their official permission screen. Your password is never entered, never seen, and never shared. You can revoke access at any time directly from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Will it slow down my email or change how my inbox works?+
Not at all. Drakaro works silently in the background — your inbox, your email app, and your experience stay exactly the same. The only difference is that suspicious emails show up with a colored label so you can spot them at a glance before you open them.
What if a legitimate email gets flagged by mistake?+
Your emails are never moved, deleted, or blocked — they're only labeled. If something gets flagged that you know is safe, you can mark it as "Not a Threat" directly from the Threats tab in your dashboard. This helps Drakaro learn and improves accuracy over time. Drakaro works with personal Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, and Live accounts. It also works with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts — though if your account is managed by a company or school, your IT administrator may need to approve the connection first.
